Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our plans, pricing and options for different needs—including reduced pricing and additional license discounts.
Is the price a one-off fee or an annual subscription?
Prospectus Plus is an annual subscription. The prices shown are recurring yearly fees, rather than a one-off payment.
Do you offer reduced pricing for institutions with limited budgets?
Our means-tested Equity and Access programme offers eligible applicants up to 75% off Pro.
It supports those facing financial or structural challenges, including smaller or specialist providers, individuals, departments, and institutions navigating financial difficulties.
Are there discounts for additional/multiple licences?
Yes. If your institution has at least one full-price license, you’ll receive 50% off every additional license. It’s ideal for multiple campuses or departments that need their own Prospectus Plus license.
Can I use Prospectus Plus for things other than prospectuses?
Yes. You can use Prospectus Plus to create other digital publications too. If you only need the essentials of our publishing platform, Prospectus Plus Lite is available for $1,500. For student recruitment, we recommend Standard or Pro.
Do you offer custom plans?
Yes. If Standard or Pro doesn’t quite fit, we can work with you to create a bespoke plan around your needs and budget.
Can we use our own contract terms?
If you’re unable to agree to our standard terms and conditions, we can review your requirements and work with you to agree suitable terms as part of a custom plan.
Are there any additional fees?
Optional content support costs $175 per page.
For student recruitment teams, we have optional hardware (Print-on-demand, and touchscreen kiosks) for use at events. Hardware is available to purchase separately and isn’t included in our subscriptions.
