2. Purpose of the Survey
The survey is part of a research project exploring prospectus strategy and practice within further education colleges in the United Kingdom. Findings may be used in reports, presentations, and sector events.

3. Eligibility
– The survey is open to individuals working at further education colleges in the United Kingdom.
– Participants should respond based on their professional role and experience.
– Prospectus Plus reserves the right to exclude responses that are not relevant to the target audience or are deemed invalid.

4. Participation Requirements
– Participants must provide accurate and truthful information.
– Responses must be sufficiently complete to be included in analysis.
– Prospectus Plus reserves the right to exclude incomplete, duplicate, or low-quality responses from analysis and from incentive eligibility.

5. Incentive (Optional)
– A £10 digital gift voucher is available as a thank-you to the first 50 eligible and validated respondents who:

– Only one incentive may be claimed per institution.

6. Incentive Allocation
– Incentives will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 50 eligible and validated responses.
– Submission timestamps will be used as a guide, but Prospectus Plus reserves the right to validate and determine final eligibility.
– In cases where multiple responses are received from the same institution, only the earliest eligible submission will qualify.
– Once all 50 incentives have been allocated, no further participants will be eligible to receive the incentive, regardless of survey completion date.

– The incentive offer will end once all 50 incentives have been allocated, which may occur before the survey closing date.

– Eligible participants will receive their voucher within 14 days of validation.
